Refund policy
Refund Policy Due to the charges accumulated with a credit card, PayPal, etc. this will go into effect on February 7th, 2023.
Example $50.00 event fee + $15.00 Amin. Fee = $65.00.
If a player asks for a refund due to unforeseen issues, the said player will be refunded $50.00 event fees back and forfeit the Administration fees $15.00.
If a player has an issue arise and wants to push his entry fee forward to another event. There will be no charge for this service that OTHP will provide. Refunds will also cancel out their invoice number for the drawing of the cruise giveaway in October 2023.

 2 or more games spotted results in higher player skill level, will break first🔹 All races are determined by Skill level.Â
🔹 If you do not have a FargoRate or your robustness is less than 200, you will be  assigned a rating based on league handicaps and known player ability. There’s a 10-point lead way in place, because of the FargoRate system adjusts  daily. All players who & when signing up for an event must be on or under the  rating for said event.
