Refund policy
If a player asks for a refund due to unforeseen issues, the said player will be refunded $50.00 event fees back and forfeit the Administration fees $15.00.
If a player has an issue arise and wants to push his entry fee forward to another event. There will be no charge for this service that OTHP will provide. 🔹 If you do not have a FargoRate or your robustness is less than 200, you will be  assigned a rating based on league handicaps and known player ability. There’s a 10-point lead way in place, because of the FargoRate system adjusts  daily. All players who & when signing up for an event must be on or under the  rating for said event.Â
